We like e-money. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Bank-transfers or personal checks/money orders are not accepted. Apologies to those of you still in the stone age.
Payment is required IMMEDIATELY upon purchase. Shirts are made to order. We will not begin the process of printing your order until payment is confirmed.
****SHIPPING POLICY****
Our merchandise is made to order and may take up to ONE WEEK to produce. This isn't including the time it will take to ship to you. Please keep this in mind; our tiny midget workers can only work so fast (and get flustered quite easily). Take this time estimate into consideration and order accordingly. Save the midgets.
Be patient, young grasshoppa. Domestic Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days and International shipping 10-15 business days. And yes, we do ship internationally! Lucky you, huh? Our content is worth the wait.
When an order is processed, a tracking number will be assigned. We do not like angry customers. They ruin our zen. We ship all merchandise using USPS First-Class or USPS First-Class International.
****REFUND POLICY****
All sales are FINAL! We do not offer refunds or exchanges so please double check your size when ordering. As we are just starting up, we cannot afford such accommodations at this time just because you feel confident after a 20 minute feel-good workout. We apologize.
****ADDITIONAL INFORMATION****
All current garments are 100% ninja tested and approved. For washing, remember to always wash inside out using cold water if you want it to stay looking new. Tumble dry low. Urban Warriors cannot be held liable for your ghastly laundering skills.
